Terms of Service

By accessing or using any WoWSQL Technologies product or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and enterprise customers. Additional terms may apply to specific products and will be presented at the time of subscription.

WoWSQL Technologies provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including WoWSQL, WoWCare, WoWFolio, WoWSMS, WoWBils, WoWEyes, DataSpeak, and WoWGame, and consumer apps including Juvy, a dating app for adults. Each product is described in detail on its respective product or legal page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use our products, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@wowsoft.in. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on any Service, including Juvy. Juvy is a dating service for adults only. We do not permit accounts for anyone under 18, even with parental consent. Accounts registered on behalf of organisations represent that the individual has authority to bind that organisation.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure. • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt. • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights of any third party. • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

This section applies when you use Juvy. It adds to — and does not replace — the rest of these Terms. Eligibility. Juvy is only for individuals who are 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18, that your profile is about you, and that photos and details you post are yours to share. Your content. You keep rights in your photos, bio, and messages. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and moderate that content so the app can function (for example, showing your profile to other users). Conduct. You agree not to: • Harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or sexually exploit anyone. • Post sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or any child sexual abuse material. This is strictly prohibited. • Impersonate another person, use another person's photos, or run a fake profile. • Solicit money, crypto, or commercial services from other users without our written permission. • Share other people's private information, images, or conversations without their consent. • Use Juvy to arrange illegal activity. Safety. Juvy helps adults meet. We do not background-check every user and we do not guarantee anyone's identity, conduct, or intentions. Meet in public places, tell a friend, and use in-app reporting. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reporting. Use in-app report/block tools or email safety@wowsoft.in. We may remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Child safety reports are handled under our Child Safety Standards at wowsoft.in/child-safety. Subscriptions. Optional Juvy paid features are billed through the app store or payment partner you use. Store refund rules apply. Unused paid time is generally not refunded if we close an account for a Terms violation. End of use. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or put others at risk.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in your subscription agreement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features. Enterprise customers are subject to separate commercial agreements which supersede these Terms where they conflict.

All content, software, and technology within the Service is owned by WoWSQL Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Juvy users are also covered by our Child Safety Standards. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoWSQL Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of Juvy users, including statements, meetings arranged off the app, or harm caused by another person. You use Juvy at your own risk, subject to rights you cannot waive under Indian law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
