Terms of Service

By accessing or using any WowSoft Technology product or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and enterprise customers. Additional terms may apply to specific products and will be presented at the time of subscription.

WowSoft Technology provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including WoWSQL, WoWCare, WoWFolio, WoWCloud, DataSpeak, and WoWGame. Each product is described in detail on its respective product page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use our products, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@wowsoft.in. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of organisations represent that the individual has authority to bind that organisation.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure. • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt. • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights of any third party. • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in your subscription agreement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features. Enterprise customers are subject to separate commercial agreements which supersede these Terms where they conflict.

All content, software, and technology within the Service is owned by WowSoft Technology LLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowSoft Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
