Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Public standards for Juvy, our 18+ dating app. Studio Privacy Policy and Terms of Service stay in place; this page is the extra child-safety document stores and users can open on its own.

1. Who this applies to

These Child Safety Standards apply to Juvy, the dating app operated by WoWSQL Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). Juvy is a service for adults. It is not a children's product, not a social network for minors, and not a place for anyone under 18. Related documents (unchanged except where they now mention Juvy): • Privacy Policy — wowsoft.in/privacy-policy • Terms of Service — wowsoft.in/terms

2. 18+ only

You must be 18 or older to download, create an account on, or use Juvy. We do not allow accounts for children. Parental consent does not make an under-18 account valid. We may ask for date of birth at registration and may use additional age checks where reasonable (for example, app-store age ratings, device signals, or a request for proof of age if we have reason to doubt a user's age). If we learn that a user is under 18, we will: • Lock or delete the account. • Remove the profile from discovery. • Delete personal information we do not need to keep for safety or legal reasons. • Keep limited records (such as identifiers used to block re-registration) where needed to stop the person coming back.

3. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

Juvy has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under. This includes creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to such material, and using Juvy to groom, exploit, or contact a child. We will: • Remove the content. • Ban the account. • Preserve records as required by law. • Report to the appropriate authorities and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent body in India. We do not permit sexual role-play involving minors, "age play," or accounts that present a user as under 18.

4. How we prevent and detect this

We use a mix of product rules and review, including: • App-store age rating and an 18+ gate at sign-up. • Blocking underage accounts when we confirm or reasonably believe the user is under 18. • In-app report and block tools on profiles, photos, and messages. • Human review of reports that involve a child or possible CSAM. • Hash-matching or similar industry tools where we deploy them, to detect known illegal imagery. • Limits on what new or untrusted accounts can do if we see abuse patterns. No system catches everything. Users must report anything that looks like a child at risk or illegal content.

5. How to report

In the Juvy app: open the profile, photo, or conversation → Report. Choose the closest reason, including underage user or child sexual exploitation if that is what you are seeing. Email: safety@wowsoft.in Subject line: Child safety — Juvy Include: the username or profile link, what you saw, the date/time if you know it, and screenshots if you can share them safely. Do not forward illegal images; describe them and we will collect evidence through our own systems where possible. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services first, then tell us. We aim to review child-safety reports faster than ordinary reports. We may not tell you the outcome of every case when the law or another person's privacy limits what we can say.

6. What we do after a report

Depending on what we find, we may: • Hide or delete content. • Warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban an account. • Stop the person from creating a new account with the same identifiers. • Share information with law enforcement when required or when we believe a child is at risk. • File a report with NCMEC or another authorised child-protection organisation when the facts support it. We keep relevant logs for as long as needed for an investigation or as required by law.

7. Law and cooperation

We follow applicable Indian law, including rules on child protection and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we cooperate with lawful requests from police and courts. If you are a law-enforcement officer, email legal@wowsql.com with your agency, case number, and the legal process you are serving.
